Principal-led support
Lattice is led by Rob Hanna, a Chartered Professional Engineer with over a decade of experience across civil infrastructure construction, design, maintenance, project engineering and contracts advisory.

Rob’s background combines civil engineering, commercial acumen and practical construction experience, giving Lattice a grounded understanding of how infrastructure projects are planned, procured, delivered and administered.
​
As a systems thinker, Rob has shaped Lattice’s capability around the points where civil infrastructure projects often need clearer structure: procurement, contract documentation, tender evaluation, program and claims analysis, project controls and digital workflow development.​
How we work
Lattice provides targeted support through principal-led, fit-for-purpose teams that can work alongside existing project teams or prepare defined deliverables for the project team to use.

The team assembled for an assignment may include senior advisory input, engineering review, technical analysis, commercial and programming support, document preparation, data capability and practical delivery assistance.
Support can be provided remotely, embedded with client teams, or through a combination of both, depending on what the project needs.
