Rob Hanna - Director
Hi I'm Rob, I'm a systems-thinking engineer, an inquisitive collaborator, and outdoor-loving country guy.
Building from my professional experience and connections, my drive for connecting people and technology for effective collaboration has brought Lattice Engineering Systems to the civil infrastructure industry.
With Lattice, I'm inspired by the challenges facing teams and projects, and the value our structured and collaborative systems provide.
Background
I grew up in rural Victoria, gained my civil engineering and accounting degree from Wollongong Uni and have worked on projects all over Australia. My career has covered brownfield site engineering roles, design engineering, construction services consulting, and data systems / collaboration platforms development.
Experience
I'm a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 9 years' industru experience in civil infrastructure projects. In the last 4 years I've been focussed on roads transport major projects' and local government projects' procurement, contracts, scheduling, claims and commercial analysis.
Relationships
Connecting with individuals and teams - to learn, collaborate, gain from and provide mentorship - has been the most rewarding part of my career. With Lattice, people are at the center of the systems. I maintain close working relationships with some of these brilliant professionals, and often connect to collaboratively engage with client teams and achieve great outcomes.
